My client wishes to post details of their company on your site. How much it cost?
Sorry advertising person, unless your client can provide us with checkable testimonials from happy customers you cannot post on this site.

What if my client does not have testimonials to post?
Suggest your client improves their service. You can ask the customers to send in a testimonial to us. In the main happy clients will do so. However, consult the guidelines for testimonials to be included in this site.

Hypothetically, if one of our staff accidentally posted a testimonial relating to our client what would happen?
Attempts to post fake testimonials onto this site will be exposed and you will find your client listed in the SILLY FAKERS list. Just think what that will do to your client’s credibility! Fake testimonials say a lot about the ethics of a business.

You have a complaint posted on your site which we feel is unjust. Can we respond?
Yes. Your client business may have complaints attached to their name on this site. We use every endeavour to ensure that these are well founded complaints from real, dissatisfied, customers. We will always publish your client’s response to a complaint.

Can we have the complaint removed?
If we have found that the complaint is genuine it stays. Send us testimonials from happy clients we will vet, and then publish. If complaints are overwhelmed by compliments potential customers can make their own judgment about the track record of the business.
If the dissatisfied customer contacts us and confirms that issues with your company have been resolved to their satisfaction we publish this. It is in your client’s interest to settle disputes swiftly, fairly and as amicably as possible.

The bottom line is, if the customer gets looked after, your client gets great ratings on   if they don’t, well, try harder!

Customers are not stupid, they know things can go wrong. It is up to individual businesses to look after the customer well enough that even where something has gone wrong the resolution of the issues has been swift and to the customer’s satisfaction.
